     In the website www.operationsmile.org i found some very interesting volunteer opportunities such as, medical volunteer opportunities which the the volunteers perform life saving surgical  and postes in the wolds undeserved environment. you can apply by giving them a call saying you want to be a volunteer but you need to have doctor degree.
      Also the have medical residence which is a plastic surgery program. in order to be part of it is to have all thees requirements:

• Applicant must be in final year of study of anesthesia, plastic and reconstructive surgery*, or pediatrics
• Completed application
• CV, Diploma, License, and applicable certifications
• Letter of recommendation
• Expressed interest in global health or volunteer service
